Salad - Potato Salad
3 large Idaho potatoes, boiled and diced
3 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and diced
1/2 onion, diced
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 T. mayonnaise (or more)
1 heaping tsp. celery seed
Mix potatoes, eggs, onion, salt, pepper, mayonnaise and celery seed in a bowl. Chill and serve, Serves 4.
